Hi! My name is Abby Bower. I’ve been writing professionally since 2016 as a student journalist, as a TV newsroom intern, and most recently as a science writer at Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
In 2021, I decided to pivot into hands-on sustainability work. I graduated with a Master’s of Sustainable Energy and Environmental Management (MSEEM) from Georgia Tech in August, 2022.
Although my next “day job” will likely involve less news-style writing than my previous jobs, I’m determined to keep writing. I created this website to serve as a repository for my past (and future) work.
